Exclamation 2007 Shiloh Reenactment

Ladies and Gents!

If all goes well, I will be at the 145th Battle of Shiloh Reenactment!! This will be my first "national" event in the 4 years I have been reenacting. As they dont want "dismounted" cavalry as there were not many at all at the actual battle. My unit will be falling in with the famed 15th Texas Infantry as infantry skirmishers. I will be taking my camera and post pics when I get them.
I hope to see alot of yall there!!! And there is over 11,000 reenactors already registered!!
Here is the website..-http://www.battleofshilohreenactment.com/

Anybody here attending?

Hope to see yall there!!

YOS

Hey Garrett

Well we are going to make it (1st Texas Artillery). Some of your 11th Texas Cavalry came over on the last day of the Madisonville reenactment made Shiloh sound so good we voted to go. We have to pay that late registration but it will be worth it. We are planning to leave on the 14th so hope to see y'all there. I am sure you will be happy to be a Confederate for a change.

Bill

That we did Larry. Spent money and had a great time. This was my first large event and liked every minute of it. Hope you made it out to the event.

Yah the event was fantastic! I def, had a period rush when we had to get up at 3.00 AM! and march 3 miles to face the federals. The numbers wernt as high as they anticipated, but overall was a great event. I even met one of the Australlians that were there. (=
