Steven,

Thanks, found it.

Attached is a thumbnail of me (on the left) as part of my units color guard for the 140th Antietam reenactment in Maryland.

Steven,

In thanks to you for helping me to figure out how to at least attach thumbnail pics of my reenactment pictures, I would like to honor you by posting a picture of the Confederate unit I used to reenact with, Company D, 'The Rough & Readies,' 17th Mississippi Infantry Regiment.

Ron Goodwin is in this picture as he was the Captain of our Company and I was the Sergeant. That's me, standing on the far right in the black hat and Ron is sitting right in front of me. The fella holding our flag in the middle is actually Jenn Canary, wife of the fellow on the far left. She protrayed a woman disguised as a man in the ranks and fooled many a male reenactor as her husband's 'brother.' Hope you who lean towards the South appreciate it.

Sincerely,
Unionblue

Neil, that's a neat picture. There are others on this thread with the "aged" look to them. It makes them look really authentic. Do you guys have that done by a photographer or lab? Or are they digital photos that you're able to touch up with a digital photo editor? Thanks..
Terry

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Thank you for your compliments. Steven, Mr. Ron Gibson took that 'aged' picture of me and the 17th Mississippi using the same process and camera used during the Civil War, the wet plate process. The original is at Old Reb's house while I got a copy for my own.

Terry, sorry, but no, I use no computer process to age my reenactment pictures, I'm just not that smart with computers or cameras!

Miss Dawna, you make an old man blush, as my friend, Old Reb used to say.
