Jenna:

What a stunning couple! And I have to offer you my admiration, as I'm certain you would have made the beautiful dress and coat. :-)

There are pictures of Jon working as a blacksmith in my Minooka collection at my home page.

I have used your home page, Chuck, a couple of times for event coordinators who have never seen Jon's set up, so thanks for having those great pics on there. I always direct them to your home page and tell them to click on "Minooka".

Thanks for the compliments Dawna. No, I can't take credit for the coat I have on, but I can take credit for the dress, which by the way is for sale! It has a train to it, so it's a little more dated to 1864-1865, and comes with a bodice, and vestie. Anyone interested can message me thru the board.

Thanks for posting the pic Shane. I shall have to have a new one taken at Boscobel, so bring your digital camera would ya? But that one was from Wade House three years ago already.

Jenna,
Have to thank you for the referrals. Wondered where the interest in the Minooka page was coming from. And Now I Know the Rest of the Story.

Steven,

I, for one, envy your slight stature. You would be one, hard Reb to draw a bead on the field, in the woods or on a skirmish line!
