Default Not exactly new, but...

I had to go on "civil war" hiatus before I really had a chance to get started. I've very happy to be back and look forward to reading/participating in the discussions!

The Canucks are invading!

Seriously, welcome to the forum. Enjoy Foote's trilogy. He is a masterful storyteller. His books are a joy to read.

Have missed you, Laz. You have a bit more time now? Hope so. Been saving you a place by the fire. Smorz?

Timewalker, I'm a Canuck by marriage...does that count? ;-) I'm originally from P.A.

I'll be happy to find some Canucks up here that share my fascination for the C.W.... I know they are here somewhere, but I think I might have to dig a bit to find 'em!!

Laz,

OK, you partially answered my curiosity. Next question: From where in Pennsylvania?

I'm originally from Allentown.

PvtClewell, I'm originally from a town about 35 minutes outside of the city of Pittsburgh.
McKeesport / White Oak area. I've been in Toronto for about 3 years now.

My co-worker just went on a road trip right close to Allentown on Friday. Since I'm sufferering some massive bouts of homesickness right now, I was tempted to hide in his trunk and hop out when he got to the PA border!

Seriously though, thanks for the welcome!

M.E..., thank you for your kind words...I'm very hooked on the boards again, and you are right-no shortage of interesting discussions here!
