I'm new here but I've been a Civil War buff since childhood. My main areas of interest are the Western and Trans-Mississippi theaters of war.

Hello, Borderruffian, and welcome to CivilWarTalk.

My own focus is more on the eastern end of things, but there are others here who will be more than happy to discuss the Western and Trans-Mississippi with you.
