Howdy folks, long time lurker.
This is a great site.
Very interesting and informative stuff.
I am mostly interested in blackpowder shooting and history.
I had some ancestors in the civil war but don't know a lot other than a couple died at Andersonville.

Welcome Mike/Farmboy. You may want to look into the writings of Joe Bilby, who is a blackpowder shooter and Civil War historian.

It is a great site. You'll find plenty of members who are affiliated with N-SSA and other shooters. Good place to help you trace your relatives, too. Go for it, whatever you want to know, teach, or just enjoy, this must be the place.
