I just signed up today. I am a former Civil War Re-enactor and former Texas Revolution Re-enactor. I have been interested in the Civil War since I was about 8 or 9 years old. My grandmother used to tell me stories about the Civil War (in western Tennessee) that were told to her by her grandmother. I have been researching the 32nd Mississippi Volunteer Infantry Regiment for several years. I look forward to spending a lot of time here.

I would like to offer you a warm welcome and I know that you will enjoy your stay here. I too have been interested in the Civil War since childhood and I would be most interested to hear your experiences as a re-enactor, and also the stories that have been handed down to you through your grandmother.
