The Kentucky Humanities Council Inc. and the Kentucky Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission have announced eight grants totaling $62,370 to Kentucky non-profit organizations to help commemorate the Lincoln Bicentennial to be celebrated in 2009. They are: --Forever Free: Lincoln's Journey to Emancipation (Hardin County Public Library, Elizabethtown, $7,700). This grant will fund scholarly
