KIMBALL TWP. - The guns being shot Saturday at the Blue Water Sportsman
Association range were a little older than usual. The North-South Skirmish
Association took over the range this weekend. The group aims to preserve the
history and weapons of the Civil War era.

Mike and I are pat of the N-SSA, it really is a lot of fun! Mike has been practicing a lot lately, and getting much more competitive, this summer he has gotten several medals!

I am thinking of joing the N-SSA with my son. In fact I am going to a meeting tomorrow evening to see what it is all about.

I'd join myself except the nearest chapter is 4 hours away... The NSSA men I've met are pretty impressive and many are a wealth of knowledge. I applaud any who are members.

the N-SSA is great! Nothing like a National Skirmish! Even I love going! If you go to www.n-ssa.org you can find all the regions, and units available to join.

gotta have a shooting worthy gun though

if you ever make it to a National in VA look us up on Artillery row ...
