Dr. Carroll Van West, director of the Tennessee Civil War National Heritage Area, second from left, met Friday with the Battle of Blue Springs Planning Committee at Mosheimâ€™s Town Hall. West announced that his group will cosponsor â€œEducation Dayâ€ at the reenactment this October.
