VISTA ---- Whether or not visitors know the difference between a blunderbuss (a short gun with a flared muzzle) and a bumbershoot (an umbrella,) they can still enjoy the fifth annual summer Civil War Re-Enactment that begins Saturday at the Vista Antique Gas & Steam Engine Museum
