Default Gentleman's Knitted Neck Warmer

While looking for the sock illustration for a separate post, I found this knitting pattern from the Dec. 1862 issue of Godey's. Unfortunately, it does not give a needle size, but it shouldn't be too difficult to figure out an appropriate size. If you right-click on the image, you can do a "Save picture as ...," save the image, then paste it into a Word document to print out.
