Exclamation Chicago Times 6/11/1862 - Mrs. Arnold

Hi, I am trying to obtain a copy of an article presumably printed in the Chicago Times of June 11, 1862 regarding the arrest of a Mrs. Arnold or Anne Williams. I know there are other articles with a similar story, but I haven't been able to find this one. It is not in the June 11th issue of the Chicago Times, what other date or paper could it have been? Thanks! JJ

Jose:

There was also, at least, the Tribune and, quite likely, another one or two of lesser note. Wish I could help.

Chicago Tribune (Archives)-

http://pqasb.pqarchiver.com/chicagot...cedsearch.html

Search of "Mrs. Arnold" and "Anne Williams" between 1 June-30 June 1862-

No results...

...but there were several for "Arnold"

Battalion,

Thank you for posting the link above.

I have added it to my list of favorites and look forward to doing some research there.

Sincerely,

Smile Thanks for all the information

Thanks for all the information. The book I obtained the reference from said it was the Chiacgo Times, so unless something else comes up, hmmm. I had previously checked the Tribune with no luck. I think that the reference is incorrect.
