See if you can get HC to build an addition with large closets. On second thought, don't press your luck.

Considering we have been remodeling our basement for five years, I don't think I will bring up your closet idea just yet, Ole. haha
I can say that hubby ordered his uniform yesterday and we should have it next week, Lord willin' and the creek don't rise.
I am sure you will hear all about it!

They actually compress pretty nice. Take an old queen size bed sheet, and sew it together at the ends on three sides. Now, take the top of the opening and put a casing in it. Take that stupid cord out of your hoop skirt, use elastic instead, you will thank for me that if you ever catch fire! Take the lacing and put it in the top of the bag you have now made and slip your hoops inside. You know have a very inexpensive bag to put your hoop skirt in and it is flat enough to fit right under your bed or behind a closet door.

The elastic is the best thing I ever did with my hoops. You will find it much easier to make it thru the day without having to worry about the lacing coming undone or if, heaven forbid, your skrits would catch fire, it's much easier to drop that hoop skrit then it is to worry about how the hell your going to undo the knot that has convienantly worked its way into the lacing instead of that nice bow you started the day off with!!! You can't drop and roll in these things, so the less futsing you have to do the better. Put your slips on hooks and eyes as well, as well as your skrits. Life savers let me tell you!!!

Thanks yet again Jenna! I went to the Goodwill yesterday evening and bought myself a sheet. Today I hope to get it sewn together and under the bed.
Boy that was really bugging me sitting in the middle of my living room floor! And my cat did not like it at all!!
lol

HC LAdy,
You are most welcome. It is sometimes the simple things that we overlook and over think. That is sometimes my own problem. But anytime.

And you know what else, those hoops are great for hidding small children, dogs of all sizes and cats love to climb up the inside!

Enjoy your hoops!
Jenna
