Default Forrest's Boyhood Home

For those of you in middle Tennessee or within rock throwing distance such as north Alabama, this Saturday is the annual fund raiser for General Nathan Bedford Forrest's Boyhood Home, a restored house and farm where the General lived until about age 16. Located on Pyle Road just west of Chapel Hill, Tennessee to the north of Highway 99. Lot's of well costumed re-enactors, music, food, artillery and horses. This is a magnificent restoration owned by the Sons of Confederate Veterans. $5 at the gate and worth ten times that!
