Shihoh and Pea Ridge.....? I'm reading J.F.C. Fuller's The Generalship of Ulysses S. Grant.
In this book, at the part about Shiloh, he aludes to actions taken/not taken around about Pea Ridge.
I don't understand this as Pea Ridge, to my understanding, was too much of a distance to have an effect on the Battle at Shiloh.
Is this a different Pea Ridge from the one in western Arkansas?
Can someone enlighten me?
