Touchy, feely, feel good. Serves no purpose except to make the bleeding hearts feel good, and try to satisfy those who will be never satisfied. Slavery was wrong, and should have been rectified long before the war. I believe as a nation we have strived to wright this wrong. But apologies like this one serve no useful purpose. In my opinion.
