Default Gen Lew Wallace Letter

Hi- First time poster-

I was trying to find out how "rare" a Gen. Lew Wallace Civil War letter is. I recently aquired a 4 page hand written letter dated Jan. 23, 1863. In it he describes his activities in raising troops, the defense of Cincinnati, his involvement in dealing w/ Gen Buell (It was still in progress so he didn't say too much), and he mentions the "hostility manifested against the Emancipation Proclamation." I can find nothing to compare this to as far as a potential value/ rareity- The only letters by him I could find were ones written much later where he's talking about Ben Hur. Any thoughts?

Thanks
