Default Presenting at the Northern Great Plains History Conference

Sorry to everyone for being away, but I have been busy with class and everything else. It has been a busy last couple of days, as I was in Duluth, MN yesterday presenting my Civil War research into camps of instruction in Illinois at the Northern Great Plains History Conference. I enjoyed the experience and had a couple of great questions posed by audience members. I will probably be posting the paper on my blog Civil War History sometime this week, so I encourage you all to check it out. Outside of this, I am still blogging and trying to update the site once a week for This Week in Blogs. I am always looking for new writers and new topics to cover, so please PM me or email me if you want to see something covered or want to write for me. Take care all, and I hope to be around a bit more.

please don't make a habit of plugging your website in every post.

Thanks,
