Default smoking ban

Folks,

With the smoking ban in Ohio and other areas, how is this going to effect reenacting? I chew so it dosen't bother me, but I also have a pipe. Since parks are where most reenactments take place, its a public area. I'm wondering if most places will over look the whole thing for the event.

I was looking at tobacco.org and typed in "Civil war" and thats what made me think of it.

I'm thinking some places will cite people as an extreme and others will blow it off. I know some states already have the smoking ban how is it there?

Default reply to smoking ban

The way I figure it, with the way things are going, in a few years they will pass legislation that only allows reenactors to carry and point brooms and yell *bang*, the Confederate battle flag will be banned as politically incorrect, and Confederate reenactors will be only allow on the battlefields to play dead while Federal reenactors point their brooms at them and yell bang.

Don't worry Whitworth, the anti-gun lobby is working on that, even as we post.
