Default Colonel killed by Johnny Clem @ Chickamauga?

Hi! I've become stumped in trying to answer a question that my daughter asked me while I was discussing the Battle of Chickamauga with her. She's working on a letter writing project and has an invented soldier @ Chickamauga. (I suggested it because I grew up near there, and because her friends said they couldn't think of any battles the South won!) Anyway, she became interested in references to the "Drummerboy of Chickamauga" -- that is, that (probably) Johnny Clem shot and killed a Confederate Colonel at the battle. However, I can't find any mention of the *name* of the Colonel, in any resource I check. Is there an officer actually known to have been part of this story? If not, could someone offer a best guess? She's trying to include information about the officer's death in one of her letters.

TrinSF,
I've looked at a lot of sites on Johnny Clem and none of them mentions the name of the Colonel he killed.

Yes, I had the same problem. I sent email to the battlefield site visitor's center, but I haven't heard back. I keep forgetting to call them when it's business hours on that side of the country.
