The charge. 5 wrote the following:
"The CBF has its place in history and today it should be at Civil War events and southern memorials. Let it fade has the old confederate soldiers faded away."
Lt. General Stephen Dill Lee CSA gave the charge to Sons of Confederate Veterans in 1906 to not let that happen. The soldiers faded, their memory hasn't. Good chance it won't for a while longer.
