Default Which companies of the Palmetto Sharpshooters
Were sent to help hold Burnside's Bridge at Antietam? Darn if I know.

Default Palmetto Sharpshooters/Georgia Boys
To the best of my knowledge it was troops of the 2nd and 20th Georgia Infantry Regiments.
No South Carolina Troops were there. (I am at work,away from my books, so I am only going on memory).

Hi Gary,

I'd be curious to know what info you have that puts Palmetto Sharpshooters with the Georgians holding the 'Burnside' Bridge. I'm always looking for new info ...
