Default Desktop Backgrounds / Screensavers?

Not really sure what topic this would fit under....

Anyone have links to good Civil War desktop backgrounds or screensavers?

I'm hunting around but haven't found "the" one I want yet.

Thanks!

I've used photo sites such as flickr to download modern day battlefield shots. Most photographers will let you download a hi-res pic under the Creative Commons license. There are some really beautiful shots out there.

As far as screensavers- you could compile a bunch of photos in a folder & point your computer to use that specific folder for the screensaving task.

Hmm. Good point about the screensavers. I'm such a non-techie sometimes. Thanks for the idea.

As above sometimes I use a collection of pictures...I also recieved from my nephew, a CD from Dale Gallon's gallery with 2 screen savers on it. One with his paintings and another with pictures of the Gettysburg battlefield..

I use the website called www.militaryprints.com. You can use those paintings as backgrounds. I use them all the time.
