To clarify...Obama is a US Senator who is elected at-large by the voters of Illinois, and represents the whole state under the US Constitution. In Texas the equivalent would be Kay Bailey Hutchison.

A state Senator would only serve a specific district of the state of Illinois, and would represent his district in Springfield.

30th IL thanks for posting the list of which site is open and when. I am particularly interested in Lincoln's tomb, and the law offices. It's too darned bad that all those other places have to shut their doors. I'm not an Illini and I don't know much about Blagojavich, so I feel I can't criticise him at this point. Thanks again.
