Default Civil War Generals & Brevet Generals Listing

Dear List Members,

I came across this very lovely site. It lists generals on both sides and also the brevet generals, which was exclusively Union.

What I also enjoy--are the photographs of these individuals. It helps with uniforms as well as how these generals and brevets looked.

The site is:
www.generalsandbrevets.com

I enjoyed this site very much. Hope others will also.

Sincerely,
M. E. Wolf

A most excellent reference to have on hand!

Thank you, M.E.

That's great for photos, but otherwise not very informative.

Try http://sunsite.utk.edu/civil-war/generals.html for info on Generals

and: http://www.alia.org.au/~kwebb/Brevets/ for a long but not very informative list of those.
