Always thought it a bit strange, sam, that Lincoln would go and spend hours in the telegraph office reading everyone's mail.
By the way, haven't read "Lincoln's T-Mail," but I've watched Wheeler discuss it several times on bookTV. He was so thorough in his discussion that I've not seen a need to have the book.
