Default "New" photo of Lincoln at Gettysburg?

Has this already been posted?

I missed this till I decided do go through a pile of unread magazines.

The following links shows what would be the proper perspective, if he indeed is saluting with his right hand (?)

Notice, a bit ahead of Lincoln in the procession is a "standard" with a eagle on top. I wonder if anyone has read a first hand description of that short procession from the Willis house to the speakers platform?

Can anyone identify that arched structure in the background? Oh,nevermind, I see from this link that it is the Evergreen Cemetery Gate

Can the above give us an idea about which direction Lincoln was going? (Should be South?)

At this link is a quote from on Henery Sweney, that Lincoln had an "uncovered head". (?)
