I woudl like to announce the ole has stepped up to the duty of moderator!

I am sure everyone will welcome him to the position with open arms, and respect his authority.

It is an honor to serve.

Two things. I'm convinced that excitement and a little bit of lively give and take makes a board worth frequenting. I'm also convinced that a little bit too much heat discourages our guests and visitors -- let alone participant.

That's a fine line to stand behind. With precious little breastworks.

This board is fairly freewheeling and isn't given to what I would call censorship or 24/7 control. It largely depends on self restraint. I'll get the hang of it in a while.
