Default Flags of Confederate regiments question

Does anyone know where I can get information on any of the flags of the following CS infantry regiments? 16th Tenn., 25th Tenn., & 28th Tenn. I am looking for descriptions, dimentions, photos or just about anything on these flags my ancestors fought under. Im hoping to have reproductions made to pass on to future generations. Captain Bob

Captain Bob,

The Museum of the Confederacy has an excellent catalog/book on the flags of the Confederacy, to include various regimentals. I have it at home, but can't remember the title.

You might want to check out their website and check out their gift shop area.

Sincerely,
Unionblue

Captain Bob,

The book is called, Colours Of The Gray: An Illustrated Index of Wartime Flags From The Museum of the Confederacy's Collection. It is basically a 55 page catalog of all the Confederate flags in the museum's collection.

It does NOT have a picture of every flag in the collection, but it has many color plates of some, black pictures of others, and a written description of all the rest in the collection.

It cost me $17.95 way back when, but it was worth every penny, to include the shipping.

Hope they still have it.

Sincerely,
Unionblue
