In the category of so what and who cares (it doesn't change the merits of the man or his actions), examination of Lincoln's death mask revealed that the deceased president had a deformed face. http://www.comcast.net/news/index.js...13/738391.html
that could explain alot... he certainly wasn't a good looking man. In this day and age with TV and pictures being such a large part of the campaigning process its hard to imagine someone as gangly as him gettign elected. Good hting there was no TV back then

Is there a point to this comment? I'm sure you in your infinite wisdom have never had a typo.

Have heard that Abe was aware of it. Some ascribed it to having been kicked in the face as a boy. (He almost died.) Some ascribe it to some fancy dan bone disease.
On the other hand, most people have asymmetrical heads. Have you see the pictures where a familiar face is halved vertically and put back together with both halves identical? It's frequently quite difficult to identify the person.
"Asymmetrical." That's not a typo. I don't know how to spell it and am too lazy to look it up.

You think Fred Thompson is ugly? I dunno he might not be the best looking guy... He does seem pretty charismatic to me. Maybe I'm wrong anyways.. it was just a thought.

I had heard the same thing about him getting kicked in the face by either a mule or a horse when he was younger, and that was the reason he had the deformity.
Don't know what some think, but right now, Fred is my man of '08. Don't know if he will run, but if he does, I will vote for him. Rudy and Mitt kinda scare me.

Ole, when you match the right half, with the right half' and left half with left half of photos of a persons face, it turns out that one of them, right with right (I believe) the image is easily recognizaeaable, but the other image, left with left (?) the image is almost totally unrecognizeable.
Hadn't heard that part of it. Hmmmmm. Interesting.
