Granted Jackson was definitely eccentric but fruitcake is kinda hard.Despite what some would call irregularities in common sense or Deity, He had a bunch of soldiers that would march an overwhelming distance in a short time and hit their foes hard!!! Now would you consider him an occult figure of some sorts tricking their minds or would you say these soldiers saw a leader that surpassed anyone else besides Lee and gave them victories?

Simply put....Thomas Johnathan Jackson was a proven Leader that could receive an order from Lee and complete that task.

Effective he was, in a primal sense; but beloved he was not. Will agree that eccentric might have been a better word.

I have sent History Channel an email about how dissapointed I am with their programming. I got two emails back from different people, touting how their programming is so wonderful. Well, I'm still not sold! I encourage you also to write to them, otherwise, how will they know how disgusted we are with their programming? I found their address on their website.

Seems like in the late 1990's early 2000's there was lots of CW shows on. I taped alot of them, and now I watch them whenever I need a fix for the good ol' CW programming they used to have.

THC, has to go where the money is. If no one's watching CW programs, they're not going to make them. Earlier this evening I was watching their thumbnails of "The Presidents." Not entirely bad for someone with an awakening interest.

I can't blame the History Channel for its programming. They can't push a rope. They are the rope and follow wherever they are pulled. But I am glad you took the initiative to voice a complaint. That's what we should all be doing. It doesn't take that much to get the corporate giants to think about something. Doesn't take much to consider you a kook either, but they really do try to keep in touch with what the consumer wants. Sometimes, the magic works ......
