Default Baby Today

I am so excited - I need to share, althought this is not really related (unless you need a remount).

My TB mare, Gypsy, had a filly at 745 this morning.

I would attach a picutre, but dont know how.

A pony... I envy you. I can't figure how to fit one in my garage for my 5 year old daughter yet...

Offically she does not have a name - I have been calling her "Squirt" - but she deservesomething better.

And I will happily share my herd with anyone who wants to visit . . . . but, be warned, horses and pony are very very addictive to females (little girls maybe a bit more than the big girls). I have a few that my 4 1/2 year old daughter believes are "hers", although she does share with Daddy, so he has a calvary mount.

Congrats Amy! That is so wonderful. Bring pics to Brookfield so I can see and then rub it in to all! I bet she's a pretty thing! What color?

I am planning on bringing my horse book - with lots of pictures. Right now, she appears to be a dark bay, but I am not so sure. She may shed out her baby hair and be a black. No white markings!

So - I guess I wont miss Brookfield waiting for her to be born!!!
