Hello Everybody!
As you can probably tell, this is my first post! I came across this board in looking for Civil War greeting cards, does anybody know of a supplier? I am with the N-SSA, and after hearing about another member's untimely death (age 36) some of us have decided to try and find a supplier of C.W. cards to send to families and teams. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I found some at Zazzle.com, but they aren't really what we need; they are strictly photographs, and some are very un-greeting-like. Thanks again!

Go to the main page of this site and I think you will find what you are looking for under the section labeled "The Limber Chest."
Sincerely,

Hi Alissa, it looks like that part of CWT is down at the moment, I will bring it to Mike's Attention.
But I am not sure that is really what you are looking for, those are internet cards, you want something to send as a sympathy card right?
I am not really sure how to find any, and i am on my way out the door to work, but later today, I will look around the net to see if there is anything out there!
I've looked all over the internet and I can't find any real "paper" Civil War greeting cards, no one offers them that I can find, and I can usually find one or two.
I'll keep looking, but I'm not sure there's any major card manufacturer catering to our market, and an e-card is inappropriate for a simpathy card.
On a side note, I should have the CivilWarTalk.com E-greetings back online sometime today.

Thank you very much for your responses. Yes, I am looking for paper-type cards. As a member of the N-SSA, we have had all too many people lost these past few years. My team alone lost three members in 2003 alone. All were long-time members, and all are missed. I would like to find something to send to the families of these members, as a message that they will always be a part of our team/region. Thanks again!
