Default deleating a post?

some how I managed to double post this morning. Finding how to edit my post, I discovered much to my suprise, that instead of deleating the post when I hit the deleat button, it actually added two more posts. No I can reread what I wrote 4 times instead of just once. Where did correction tape go?

Don't know if this is the right place for this question, but I now see banned under some person's posts. what does that mean? If someone is banned, how can they still post. Just curiouse. thanks. also really enjoy the board.
