Default Light reading

For those of you who have brain spasms from all the heavy research, kick back and relax with "How Private Peck put down the Rebellion". I found it to be very humorous.

I think it should be required reading. His story of learning to mount a horse, his gallant fight against a single Confederate at a race track, his special detail to bury a negro or to command a squad of stevedores were all hilarious.
