Default Worst Civil War Movie Ever

Which is the worst you have seen? My vote goes to a movie from the 1950,s called Quantrills Raiders. I got home early from work one day to find it just starting on afternoon TV. I sat down with my tea and chocolate digestives expecting a real treat. What a letdown. This is a B movie, no a C movie. The acting was terrible, the action was weak. In the end Quantrills raid on Lawrence was repulsed! One to avoid.

Default Drums of the deep south

I found the movie Drums in the Deep South in the DVD dollar bin so I was not expecting to much. Needless to say after I watched it the poor thing took a suicide leap into the burn barrel.

For a movie that is an all time classic I found ???? well the only part I could sit through was the ending. "Charlet I don't give a da_ _!!"

'Kansas Raiders' with Audie Murphy. This may be the same as 'Quantrills Raiders' under a different name, for it is theoretically about Mr. Q. and his raiders.

The Quantrill movie I watched didn't even have the "big" name of Audie Murphy. Just a lot of unknowns.

The word is embedded in the censor program used by this site. No one knows why, and I think it's beyond the power of the webmaster to pick and choose what words are and are not allowable. We eventually learn what we can get away with and hide them as you did.

Journey to Shiloh with James Caan (1968). A real stinker.

Default Far be it from me...

That alternate F word, as I recall, was determined to be an insult, after a young and opinionated fellow joined the board and spread it liberally about.

I've gotten around it myself a time or two.

I don't like it personally... if somebody objects to my outfit, or a piece of popular culture, I'd like to know why, rather than having "Far Bee" spat at me.
