Default Tarnished Glory, General James Blunt

I'm reading Tarnished Glory, a bio of Major General James Blunt. The problem is...there are no endnotes!
Has anyone else read this book? Is it accurate?
I obviously don't really trust the book since it has no footnotes (probably an idiotic move by publisher and author rather than a cabal) and there have been some statements that just make me wonder if the author has any idea what he is talking about.

Respectfully
