Default Creepy Movie

I think it's called "Ravenous" or something. Tho not strictly a CW movie, it is set at a US army camp in California shortly before the war and involves cannibals!

Is there some type of foreshadowing in this, of what will become later?

It's just creepy!

I remember "Ravenous". We rented it one time (glad we didn't go to a theater). One of the stars is Robert Carlisle, who's also been in "The Full Monty", "Trainspotting" and a tv movie about Hitler with him in the title role. As he said in "The Full Monty", he's got the face of a serial killer. I see via googling that "Ravenous" also starred Jeffrey Jones, the principal in "Ferris Buehler", and Guy Pearce, who I really liked in "L.A. Confidential" and "Memento".

Back to "Ravenous": actually I can't remember much about it. My impression is that it wasn't a top tier movie but as it's set more than 150 years ago, that made it eligible for watching.
