The book "Nor Shall They Be Forgotten" is a wonderful Coffee Table book.The writer/Photographer has taken photos at various re-enactments then combined them with quotations to make the book.He has some great action photos in it that are hard to describe.All of the photos are done in Sepia.I ran across it in a bookstore last weekend

Seems to me you are describing one of my favorite "picture" books. "Nor Shall Your Glory be Forgot" is the title. My aunt ran across this book and gave it to me as a gift some time ago. Kristoffersen, the photographer, did an excellent job in capturing the essence of the war through photos. Being a reenactor, I certainly appreciate the job he did. For anyone who does not own this book, I suggest it. It does so much through so few words.
