Interesting on how wars can create a controversial Presidency! The top three Presidents in this poll were all in office during a war that America fought, although the reason for Nixon being a choice isn't because of Vietnam. But, that shouldn't be surprising, some of the more controversial Prime Ministers in Canadian history, William Lyon Mackenzie King's handling of domestic issues in World War II and particularly the conscription issue has been controversial up here.
