Default Favorite Sport to Watch

We've been recently talking sports on the board, what with the inaugural of our fantasy football league and Bill's cricket championship and a minor debate as to how soccer is football and football is catch-the-ball-and-not-really-football. So I ask- What is your favorite sport to watch either at the event or on the tube, preferably with beer in hand or close by?

NASCAR. Even though the new point system really bites and the obsession with hiring young drivers is taking the fun out of it.

well John W. it looks as though we are the only two to hit this one so far, and man am I a NASCAR junkie!!!! Now watch out, cause I still think Tony is going to take it to the end, althought Matty has come up from way behind this year and done incredible things. Sorry, but I am not loosing any sleep with Jeff Gordon not being in the race! Ha!! But I am pulling for Tony the whole way!

You're missing full contact female martial arts... I'm also partial to a good football game.

I watch a lot of Nascar but my true love is open wheel racing. (Midgets and Sprint cars) To me the other open wheel racing is a bore. There is nothing like a 800 hp sprinter slinging dirt. What about that Steve Kinser? No one will ever touch his record. I use to like pro football but I've lost interest in it. You have millionair plays dancing in the end zone like they are the first to ever score a touch down. For what they get paid they should score everytime they touch the ball. Sorry for ranting.

I'm a football fanatic, even though Indiana bills itself as the basketball capital of the world.
